Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Groups
The weekly meditation groups consist of 4 weekly sessions a month and run each month throughout the year. Groups are being run at The OPAL Centre in Dunamon, Roscommon, at regional venues around Ireland and also online. You can choose whichever group best suits you.
GROUPS AT OPAL: Thursdays 2pm to 3pm or 7pm to 8pm
BALLYHAUNIS, Co.Mayo: Wednesdays 10.30am to 11.30am or 7pm to 8pm.
MULLINGAR Co.Westmeath: Fridays 11am to 12.00
ONLINE GROUPS: Mondays 10.30am to 11.30am or 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
The aim of these sessions are to support people to develop and enhance Mindfulness practice in their daily lives. To this end each session will comprise of an introduction of a specific theme for Mindfulness practice, some teaching and instruction in relation to this and some meditation practice.
These sessions are suited to beginners (with no prior knowledge or little experience of Mindfulness) and also for those who have knowledge and experience of Mindfulness.
Cost per session is €10 . Advance booking (a minimum of one week in advance) is requested. Please use the online booking system below to book.
