This section showcases uniquely exclusive hand crafted pieces created at the OPAL Centre by Mindfulness Artist and Crafter Ray James. All of Rays pieces are created using Mindfulness and Zen processes to create and shape his art and craft work.

Ray also teaches Meditation and Mindfulness at the OPAL Meditation and Retreat Centre. He is a qualified Cognitive Psychotherapist specialising in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. He provides a range of therapy at the centre and online. You can find out more about Ray on the OPAL Website
