How does the therapy programme help you?

Evidence-based programme with information & tools

The programme consists of 8 sections which include all the support you need to identify, challenge and overcome your problems.

Each section is comprised of both reading material and practical hands-on tools like worksheets and your activity plan. These are very important parts of improving your well-being and will give you and your therapist the individual foundation to work from in overcoming your problems.

One-to-One Contact with your personal therapist

You will have direct contact with your therapist through our on-line systems, so you can obtain support on any area of the programme.  When you complete the activities and worksheets in each section, your therapist will give you individual feedback to help you progress and improve.

You decide how frequently you want to work with the programme - it is available to you 24 hours a day.
