OPAL wins ‘What Clinic’ Award

The OPAL Foundation Wins the ‘WHAT CLINIC’ Award for Excellent Customer Service

We are pleased to announce that OPAL has been recognised with an award for excellent customer service by private healthcare search engine, WhatClinic.com, based on feedback by customers over a twelve month period.

WhatClinic awarded the top clinics across the country with awards for excellent customer service, superior satisfaction and consumer feedback.  Customers rated clinics based on how well the clinic treated them, how quickly they were contacted and seen, and how happy they were with the treatment.

The OPAL Foundation was honoured with the award due to their fantastic customer feedback and their constant drive to better client experience.

OPAL’s founder Ray Sawyer-James today said; “I am absolutely delighted for OPAL to be recognised for our commitment to customer service.     Congratulations. Well deserved :)))

    I had been through years of counseling and various forms of therapy to overcome issues of abuse from my past, but none seemed to help. When I went to see Ray at OPAL, it was through desperation and I thought it would be another drawn out costly process but I needed to do something, my life was hell.

    Ray used Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy – I’d never heard of it before. Unlike all the other therapy, this was really effective in helping me to get past all the ‘stuff’ that was holding me back. In just 7 sessions I learnt ways to change my thinking, let go of resentments and was feeling so much better, Ray really helped me turn my life around! The thing that I will be eternally thankful for is I have my self respect back, I feel good about myself. Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t ‘magic the problems away’ but it has helped me to see these for what they are. I am still working on all of this but Ray showed me ways that I can do this using Mindfulness and so I am not having to pay for weekly sessions – I just see Ray periodically when I get ‘stuck’ and I go to some of the Mindfulness workshops at OPAL cause I find them so uplifting.

    If, like me, you want to get past stuff from your past that’s affecting you, I highly recommend Ray. I’m so pleased to see OPAL won an award!
